Snow Showers From Time to Time This Weekend
Updated: 1 hour ago

(WILX) - Good Saturday evening! We kept mostly cloudy skies through the day today with some flurries scattered about and we are now seeing some light snow showers dropping south through our northern counties. A few snow showers will be a continued threat this evening before we taper back to flurries for the overnight, into Sunday morning. Sunday starts out mostly cloudy with flurries in the morning and then by the afternoon snow showers look to redevelop. These will be associated with an upper level impulse passing by to the south so the better chance for snow will be the further south you go, especially along and south of I-94. With that being said, the snow showers should expand northward by the late afternoon and evening so everyone could get in on the action heading into MLK Day.
